About the Driver
Carl Edwards grew up racing, his father Carl Edwards Sr. has been racing modified stock cars and USAC midget sprint cars for over four decades, winning over 200 races.
Carl Jr. has been racing the #99 car for Roush Racing. His primary sponsers are Office Depot and Scotts-Miracle Gro. Edwards has won four Nextel cup races ( he also has 9 Busch Series wins). Edwards finished 3rd in the 2005 Nextel Cup Series.
Carl has become very poplar driver and is known for his trademark back flip. The future looks bright for Carl he was ranked #1 in the pre season poll and is sure to win many more races.
