About the Man:
The 40th President of the United States, Ronald Reagan. Born on February 6, 1911, in Tampico, Illinois. Prior to being President, Reagan was a popular actor and former Chicago Cubs radio announcer, he has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

He approved many economic legislation: Economic Recovery Tax Act of 1981 , Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 ,Social Security Amendments of 1983 ,Tax Reform Act of 1986 and Goldwater-Nichols Act of 1986.
Reagan is also credited with helping bring an end to Communism and the Soviet union, the Berlin Wall fell shortly after he left office. Regan was named Time Man of the Year in 1980 and 1983. Year after year Ronald Regan has been voted the most popular president of all-time.
