About the Player:
One of only two players to ever win a Super Bowl as a player and head-coach (Mike Dikta is the other). He was the first Hispanic starting quarterback in the AFL.
Flores then became the NFL's first minority head coach to win a Super Bowl, winning twice - Super Bowl XV and Super Bowl XVIII. His career coaching record was 97-87 and he is one of only four head-caoches to win two Super Bowls and not be elected to the Hall of Fame.
