Why does it show only one item in stock for so many of your pieces?

Here at Empire many of our products are one of kind creations, designed by our art team and created by our framing department. We combined items into very unique framed pieces. We also create custom designed pieces for our clients as well.

What type of matting is used when you frame an item?

We used the finest quality acid free matting. Depending on the color, Empires master framer uses either Crescent or Bainbridge matting.

How do you obtain the autographs you sell?

Empire acquires autographs in one of three different ways.

• Directly from the person who signed the item
• In-person from the person who signed the item
• Through a well know autograph distributor

How do I know the autographes are authentic?

Empire obtains most of our autographed items directly from the person who signed the piece. Those that are impossible to obtain directly from the signer are obtained through the best autograph dealer in the country and before sale Empire authenticates the autographed as well. Empire also offers a money back guarantee on all our autographed items (not one piece has ever been returned. Our staff takes very special care in assuring that all our autographed items are authentic, we take pride in our products authenticity because we are collectors too.

What is a Game-Used jersey card?

A game-used jersey card is a type of sports card that has been become very popular in resent years. What happens is a card company (Topps, Upper Deck, Absolute) buys a piece of game used jersey and they cut it up. They put the pieces onto a card with an image of the player. It makes for a very nice collectible.

What types of sports items can you "Find for Me"?

Empire, through our vast distribution network, has access to all types of memorabilia. Autographed photos, autographed equipment, autographed jerseys, game used equipment, photos, sports cards, event tickets. And these items can be framed anyway you would like.

I do not see any items for my favorite team, why?

In most cases the items that we sell are one of a kind custom framed memorabilia, if you do not see an item you are looking for it does not mean we can't get it for you, please e-mail us to find out how our made to order custom memorabilia process works.

I need a special custom made jersey, does Empire sell jerseys?

Empire does in fact sell custom made jerseys all sports teams and players plus our prices are fantastic.

There is an item on Empire I am interested in but what like it designed differently, can I change matte colors
