About the Comic:
Issue begins with Batman chasing and battling the Riddler at one point into a club called the Batcave. He loses him during the chase.
Flash hears about the activities of Captian Cold and how he helped the people of a desert town by building a lake. Elsewhere, Poison Ivy provides food for a group of starving people.
Batman finally catches the Riddler who attempts to kill himself after Batman captures him. When the Riddler arrives at Arkham he speaks with the Joker who has heard about the dreams of Armageddon the others are having, and he wants in on it.
Issue end with Brainiac beginning to experiment with Aquaman.
