Card is a 2004 Topps All-Star Stitches, which contains a piece of authentic, white game-worn jersey that was worn by Vernon in Major League Baseballs 2003 All-Star Game. Piece is double matted in Sky Blue and Black with a black 1 1/2" home-style frame, measuring 16 x 20.

About the Player:
Vernon Wells is one of the bright young players in the American League. He has been the starting Centerfielder for the Toronto Blue Jays since 2002. Drafted in the first round (5th pick overall) of the 1997 amateur draft by the Toronto Blue Jays
Vernon has been named to two All-Star teams, as a reserve in 2003 and the starting Centerfielder in 2006. In 2003 he led the league with 215 hits, 49 doubles, and 373 total bases and finished 8th in American League MVP voting. He has improved is performance each season and has received the American League player of the week award a couple of times. Wells has also received two Gold Glove Awards (2004 & 2005)
