About the Player:
Originally selected in the 2nd round of the 1998 draft Brandon Inge has developed into a very versatile player. Original brought up as a catcher, Inge was moved to third base when the Tigers signed Ivan Rodriguez (Inge has also played some outfield).
In 2006 he helped the Tigers to the World Series, many experts picked to finish in last place. As his hitting continues to develop and his fielding improves Inge should become a fine third basemen.
